Shipping:
- We do not offer free shipping at the moment.
- We're working on shipping to an area near you, however, we currently ship to selected international regions only:
North America: Canada
- All orders are processed Mon-Fri will be shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding major holidays and weekends. We are a small team so we cannot operate like Amazon. But we are trying our best to get our stuff to you ASAP.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. Design Bodega NYC is not responsible for any delayed, missing, lost, or stolen packages. After the packaged goods are shipped out of our fulfillment center, we are not held liable. Please contact the carrier directly with any shipping related issues.
- As a small team, we will do our best to accommodate your change requests. However, please note that we cannot guarantee any order changes or cancellations especially during peak periods or for orders placed on weekends.
- If your item is listed as "pre-order", it is expected to ship within the window noted on the product page and we will not be able to accommodate 2-day or overnight shipping. If you have a pre-order item in your cart, your entire order will ship once we receive the pre-order items. Your order will come in the time window we promised, and if you are not comfortable with it, we recommend you do not pre-order.

Returns & Exchanges:
We will accept exchanges and returns on domestic orders of any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of delivery with the following exceptions:
- We do not accept any returns of socks, hats, accessories, and items on Sale.
- Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund. If we receive an unapproved returned sale or discounted item, no refund will be issued.
- Please note that shipping and handling (restocking fees) are NOT refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when the returned merchandise is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend return shipments be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as USPS, UPS, Fedex.
- If the items are being exchanged, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- Exchanges are final sale.
- International customers may be required to pay duties to return goods.
